Youth Certificates - Award of Merit

Each fiscal year, the highest average for a male, female, youth male and youth female in each local association are issued a merit award based on a minimum of sixty six (66) games in a United States Bowling Congress (USBC) league within the jurisdiction of the association.  This award application must be submitted no more than thirty (30) days after seasons ends.

Note.  This award cannot be earned while pre or post bowling unopposed.  See USBC Rule 52a.
