Association Board Members - Duties & Responsibilities
The Association Board of Directors have assigned roles and responsibilities within the our organization. The Board of Directors selects qualified Officers for the Board. The President is the chair of the board and will provide oversight of all meetings. The Vice-President will serves in the absence of the President. These positions are filled by Board members. The Secretary and Treasurer or combined secretary/treasurer manages the Association finance. The Board of Directors will fill various positions that focus on very specific activities and may be filled by electing someone who is serving on the Board of Directors or appointing someone who is not a member of the Board of Directors.
