Youth Entry Form - City Tournament
The 8th Annual Youth Championship Tournament this year will be held at Boland lanes & Amusements, Enterprise Al, and at Rucker Lanes, Fort Rucker, Al. Team Captains please ensure your entry form is filled out completely and mailed in prior to the entry deadline date posted. If you have any question or concerns please contact the Tournament Director(s) or a SAUSBCA Board member without delay.
