Audit & Budget Committee
The SAUSBCA Audit Committee is to ensure all financial matters of the Association are conducted legally, ethically, and in accordance with proper accounting rules. The SAUSBCA Audit Committee is independent of the Finance Committee and will give the Board assurance that audited financial statements are accurate and comprehensive.
The SAUSBCA Audit Committee is responsible for making suggestive recommendations to the Board and will be responsible for verifying that the SAUSBCA Staff and the Treasurer maintain a sound system of internal controls, comply with tax and regulatory reporting requirements, and that adequate insurance coverage is in place that benefits the Association.
