Membership Cards
Some United States Bowling Congress (USBC) members are experiencing a delay in receiving their 203-24 membership cards. This season USBC is including a customized bag tag with membership cards as an enhanced benefit. Unfortunately, the design change has caused unexpected fulfillment delays outside of USBC's control. SAUSBCA League members, if you have purchase a USBC membership card and have not received it, please contact your League Secretary or Association Manager, immediately for assistance. The below icon will link you to an "Example" of how to completely fill out the USBC membership card application and is NOT to be used as an actual application form.
